Waiting on Wednesday (#35)

 I use Grammarly's free plagiarism checker because there is nothing worse than publishing your favourite joke, only to find out that you've misspelt the punchline. 

Waiting on Wednesday' is a weekly event hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine, that spotlights upcoming releases that we're eagerly anticipating.

This week I'm waiting on The One by Kiera Cass.

Me and this series has had a love-hate relationship going on. Despite this fact, I still have hope for The One - I firmly believe that Cass can make this trilogy amazing if she just executes this final instalment right. The diegesis, the plot, the language, it's all there...Cass just needs to develop her characterisation skills.

Let's just say that if the greatness of a book was reflected in the cover, than this would be more than five stars.
